Questions
What happens to my collages if I cancel?
They stay in your account. Premium keeps working until the end of the period you paid for; after that you are on the free plan, which keeps everything you saved but holds up to 5 collages and 6 saved items. If you have more than that, you can still open and export them, but you will need to delete some before saving new ones.
When do the daily limits reset?
At midnight UTC, the same moment everywhere: 9:00 in Tokyo, early morning in Europe, late afternoon or evening in the Americas. Free accounts get 3 AI images, 5 background removals and 5 auto layouts per day. Premium raises that to 30 AI images, unlimited background removal, 100 auto layouts and 50 upscales.
How do I cancel?
Any time, from Settings, using Manage Subscription. It opens your Stripe billing portal; no emails or calls needed.
