Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using pastecollage.com (the "Service"), operated by James Thomas ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
By using PasteCollage, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
PasteCollage is a browser-based collage maker. It allows you to paste, upload, and arrange images on a canvas. Most editing happens locally in your browser, but some optional features (background removal, AI image generation, saving collages) involve sending data to our servers or to third-party providers — see our Privacy Policy. PasteCollage also offers optional Google sign-in to save and manage collages. Free accounts can save up to 5 collages.
You retain full ownership of any images and content you use with PasteCollage. Image processing happens locally in your browser. However, if you save collages to your account, the collage metadata (image URLs, positions, canvas settings) and a thumbnail preview are stored on our servers. You can delete your saved collages at any time from the dashboard. Shared collages are accessible to anyone with the share link.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any images you work with. Do not use content that infringes third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
You may sign in using Google OAuth. By signing in, you agree to allow us to access your Google profile information (name, email, profile picture).
Free accounts are limited to 5 saved collages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You can sign out at any time. Contact us to request account deletion.

We may suspend or revoke access to AI features for accounts that violate these rules. Repeat or severe violations may also result in termination of your account.
You retain ownership of images you generate using the AI image generation feature, subject to the terms of our AI provider (Replicate). However, AI-generated images may resemble existing works, may not be unique to you, and may be inaccurate or unsuitable for some uses. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing or distributing it, and for complying with any laws in your jurisdiction that require disclosure of AI-generated content (for example, the EU AI Act).
The AI features are provided "as is." We do not guarantee that any specific prompt will produce a specific result, and we are not responsible for the accuracy, appropriateness, or legal status of AI outputs. Daily generation limits and feature availability may change without notice.
The PasteCollage name, logo, and website design are our intellectual property. The underlying source code is separately licensed — please refer to the project repository for details. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use our trademarks or branding.
The Service uses third-party services including Google Analytics, Google AdSense, Supabase (authentication and data storage), Cloudflare (hosting and Worker proxy), Replicate (background removal and AI image generation), and Stripe (Premium subscription payments). Your use of the Service is also subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
